      While the vibrant contemporary photos are attractive, the lack of background information limits these books' usefulness. For instance, �cf2]St. Patrick's Day�cf1] states that St. Patrick "was a religious man" but doesn't mention his religious tradition; Cinco de Mayo's origin is described only as "Mexico won a big battle."
